This Privacy Policy explains how acgames Sp. z o.o. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you use the FunDeck mobile application and our website (collectively, the "Service").

By using FunDeck, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Camera and Image Data (The AI Feature):

When you use our "Snap & Play" feature, the app requires access to your device's camera or photo library. The images of toys or household items you upload are sent to our third-party AI provider solely to generate activity ideas. We do not use these images to identify you, we do not use them to train public AI models, and we strongly advise against including faces or personal identifiable information in these photos.

Usage and Device Data:

We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the app. This includes your device type, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IP address, and crash logs. We use this to fix bugs and improve the app's performance.

Contact Information:

If you email our support team, we will collect your email address and the contents of your message to assist you.

Purchase Information:

If you purchase a premium subscription, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We use a third-party service (RevenueCat) to verify your subscription status. We never see, collect, or store your credit card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the FunDeck app.
  • To generate AI-powered activity ideas based on the objects you photograph.
  • To manage your subscription and grant access to premium features.
  • To provide customer support.
  • To monitor usage patterns and fix technical issues.

3. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the app, strictly under confidentiality agreements:

  • Payment Processors: Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
  • Subscription Management: RevenueCat (to sync your premium access across devices).
  • AI Providers: Google AI (strictly to process the images for the "Snap & Play" feature).
  • Analytics: PostHog (to track crash logs and basic app usage).

4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA)

FunDeck is designed to be used by parents and guardians, not by children. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

5. Data Retention and Security

We retain your usage and support data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. Images processed by our AI feature are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored on our servers. We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data, but please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Your Data Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your personal data.
  • Withdraw your consent at any time where we rely on your consent to process your personal information.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
